The distinctive and dynamic design practice launched in 2014 by founder David Flack and co-principal Mark Robinson embodies all things maximalism with a playful but almost hypnotic interior jarring of ying and yang. Their work, a concoction of mixed materiality, fuses prints and patterns with iconic furniture and original Australian art.
Flack studio's design of bathrooms and powder rooms are usually a striking marble affair paired with considered joinery details whilst their kitchens are bold and functional but full of depth and character. Photography by Anson Smart.
